A bit about the author

JKF Man is the moniker under which menswear and lifestyle photographer Jamie Ferguson, shoots.

I’ve worked for a variety of publications and brands including The Rake, Robb Report, WM Brown Magazine, Canon, Omega, J.Crew, MR PORTER, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tracksmith Running, and Drake's.

I wrote This Guy - Portrait’s of Modern Men’s Style and co-authored two books The Style Guide and The Casual Style Guide alongside Permanent Style’s Simon Crompton.

What is That Dusty Heat

That Dusty Heat is meant to serve as a collection of monthly musings on everything that I’m drawn to but have never really had the space to cover in that much depth or detail; lots of menswear, photography, food, drink, sports, music, behind the scenes and a whole other mess of stuff.

TDH will morph and change as it builds and I would like it to be driven by what you, the subscribers, would like to see too.

I’m approaching TDH from the perspective of an enthusiast rather than an expert, so please take all of this, as with most things on the internet, with a liberal pinch salt.
